The first time I used Stay Chat, I had been at place #2 during the queue and it took 18 minutes till a Stay agent responded. The second time, I used to be at situation #two again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is sort of good when compared with other exchanges that only reply by using e-mail, with no Stay Chat option. On Feb
